Monavie Exposed
Filed Under Mona Vie | Leave a Comment
Let’s look at the basics on this question:
Does MonVie offer a solution to ones problem?
Is MonaVie a scam from a distributor’s perspective – no
A distributor is given something tangible to sell by a wholesaler/manufacturer. This is no different than Coke manufacturing given their distributors the ability to sell their Coke products to stores, end users, anyone.
Is MonaVie a scam from a end-user (customer’s) perspective – no
The customer has the ability to purchase, or not purchase a product from the distributor that offers some sort of value. In this case, the product is something that is supposedly “healthy” and offers basic nutritional value. Sure, the price is steep, but if the value of the product aligns with the price in the customers head, then it is worth it.
Concerns from a distributor’s point of view
In order to become a distributor, you must pay a membership fee of $30 annually to be considered a wholesaler. (This was the case when I tried it). You must then purchase product to display, sell, offer, free trials, etc. from MonaVie in order to get your business up and running. Of course, this product is not cheap either, and to entice you to purchase in bulk, you must order more and more (the price comes down with a larger purchase). As a distributor, you now have a choice of which business model you would like to try.
The route of the retailer – You purchase inventory from MonaVie at a wholesale price, you sell to an end user at retail price (or whatever you can).
The route of the MLM – you recruit a team of individuals to recruit their own team of individuals, and so on, until you develop a downline of people who are using, and/or selling the product. You as a distributor, would earn commissions off of everyone in your downline’s purchases from MonaVie.
In conclusion, I do not believe that MonaVie is a “Scam” per-se. There is a product, people are buying and selling that product, and MonaVie is manufacturing it. What is deceptive, are the “recruitment seminars” that are disguised as health clinics or weight loss clinics, or some other form of sales tactic. This is not under MonaVie’s immediate control.
What I don’t like about the MLM or other network marketing programs is the fact that you have recruit people under you in order to really perform and make money. This pseudo-pyramid scheme makes it difficult to really perform well, unless you got in at the beginning of the “pyramid.” With these MLM programs, part of your recruitment is based on family and friends. With such a black eye, and such a bad reputation that MLMs have, your family and friends run when the see you coming to pitch another product or “opportunity.”
For most people, Network Marketing or MLMs are seen as an opportunity to create your own business. One that will afford you the time to have a family and earn enough money to live well. For some, it is about freedom from the 9 to 5 job or the bosses that do not respect the hard work that is done. For others still, there is a belief that if you create a business, you will see residual income open up many doors for you.
If any of these sound like you, there maybe a better way to acheive your goals. Setting up an online business can give you the freedom, the time, and the residual income you desire so that you can live a great life. At www.passivelyretired.com you can learn about ways to set up that business without having to rely on recruiting, selling, or having the black eye that most Network Marketers bear.

The Acai berry is gaining popularity throughout the world as the ‘miracle fruit’. While many don’t know yet about it, there are still places where it is considered as a good diet supplement because of the amount of nutritional values that this small fruit beholds. The name Acai is characteristic to the Acai Palm trees on which this berry is grown on. It’s rich in much kind of nutrients, which gives it the characteristic to be called as nature’s miracle fruit. While it covers most of your energy supplies for the day, it also provides you with tools to fight your cholesterol problem, while helping your muscles grow and your digestive system work better. These all around goodness is to be explained later.
This berry is grown naturally in the Amazon parts of Northern Brazil, on Palm trees in the rainforests. These palm trees grow up to a height of 25 meters and these berries are mostly found in clusters on top of the tree. The funny part is, that if you look the trees from down, you will find yourself looking at a cluster of bluebottles, but they actually would be Acai berries!
Acai berries have a very low post harvest life. After being harvested, the nutritional properties in their juices are only sustained to a maximum time period of 24 hours. So they have to be sent to processing plants as soon as they are picked from the trees so they can be processed into pulp, juices or however way desired. They are also transported overnight to the nearest markets for daily consumption as fruits.
What’s noticeable is that each of those palm trees can give a yield of about 20 kilograms of fruit annually. These berries are a good source of foreign exchange for Brazil because the wine produced from these berries count as the number two export of Brazil after wood. This also entitles to many thousands of jobs in Brazil because of the increasing global demand of the Acai Berry. Thus, Acai berry has a very noticeable positive impact on the economy of Brazil.
Now I would like to go onto the nutritional facts of acai berries This berry is rich in antioxidants, which contribute to the better cholesterol levels of the blood. This greatly helps out the cardiovascular system in blood circulation. It also has sufficient amounts of dietary fiber, which helps out the digestive system. The better muscular activity is also ensured by the amount of vegetable proteins it has. Then the package becomes complete with the amount of extra minerals, vitamins and natural calcium. So overall, it is very efficient for your overall health and well being.

Acai Berry Drinks
Filed Under Acai Berry | Leave a Comment
With this article, we will provide you with a sampling of the different drinks or juices that are available and where they can be purchased.
The first drink is called “Purple” and was created by Ted Farnsworth, CEO of the Purple Beverage Company. Although many believe that the drink was called purple because of its purple color, Farnsworth states the name came because of “the purple pigment in the fruit provides the highest degree of antioxidant benefit.”
This drink contains the juice of some of the world’s best antioxidant fruits, black cherry, purple plum, black currant, cranberries and blueberries and the fruit that contains the highest levels of antioxidants in the world – the Acai Berry.
Purple is a sugar-free juice; however, with the combination of fruits, the drink does have a sweet taste. It may take some people some time to get used to the taste. The consistency of the drink is close to that of a pulp-based orange juice. Because the drink is acidic, people that suffer from heartburn may not want to refrain from drinking Purple.
The cost of Purple is $3.00 per bottle and you should know that the FDA has not proved the claims of the drink. However, with the continuing research of the Acai Berry, you will feel a difference when drinking this juice. You will have more energy and stamina, your muscles will become more toned, and you will generally be healthier. Purple can be purchased at local health food stores.
Mona Vie is another premier Acai Berry product with a principle. Each antioxidant supports joint and heart health and each formula distributes key nutrients to help maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. This juice helps to maintain the body’s overall health. Mona Vie has had presentations on the Oprah and Rachael Ray shows. Although a bit pricy at $45.00 per bottle, which can be found at local health food stores, Mona Vie can maintain healthy cholesterol levels, promote weight loss, and in general make you feel healthier.
The last product that is the most affordable and can be found in local grocery stores in Campbell Soup’s version of the V8 V-Fusion Acai Berry Juice. This juice also contains all of the antioxidants and nutrients of the Acai Berry; however, Campbell’s’ has gone one-step further by providing versions of the Acai Berry juice with an assortment of different fruits. This option of many varieties provides the consumer the choice in selecting which type of juice they want to drink.
Whichever Acai Berry juice you purchase, drink it with the knowledge that you are drinking the juice manufactured from one of the most powerful fruits in the world. A fruit that will help you to live a long and healthy life.

What Are Acai Berry Side Effects?
Filed Under Acai Berry | Leave a Comment
The one side effect that is known to come from consuming the acai berry may actually be considered a positive thing for many people. The main known side effect of this berry is actually a decrease in your appetite. This may not be a bad thing when you consider that you are consuming a lot of vitamins and nutrients, as well as omegas, antioxidants, fiber, and protein from the acai itself. This means that you can do just fine with less of an appetite because your body is getting a lot of nutrients from the berry that will require you to not need to provide yourself with as much food to get these same nutrients. This is one reason why the acai is so good at helping people with weight loss.
One thing about this acai berry side effect is that you would have to consume a lot of the berries to actually notice the decrease in your appetite. However, like stated above; when you are consuming this much of the acai your body doesn’t have the need for so much food. For someone that is hoping to gain weight, they can also benefit from the acai and still achieve weight gain. The acai has a lot of nutrients that will help your body to build muscle easier, since muscle weighs more than fat this is one way in which this berry will help you to gain weight.
If you don’t want to experience an increase in your energy levels or decrease your appetite then you will want to find that amount of this great product that you can consume without it causing you a decreased appetite. When you are thinking about taking any supplement it is important that you do go over all of the positives and negatives to make sure that the good points outweigh the bad points. When you are considering something as healthy as the acai, you are looking at much more positives.
The only side effects of acia berry is burning a hole in your pocket because it can get expensive depending on where you buy acai products and supplements.

Reports coming from well-regarded experts claim a huge difference between the efficiency of Acai berry and placebo drugs. Acai induces weight losses ranging from 12 to 15 pounds in two months, compared to 3 to 4 pounds for placebo drugs. Subjects were under strict laboratory and medical supervision, and were given ample exercise and a healthy diet. It is then clear that Acai is without a doubt an effective weight loss supplement.
Acai products and derivatives provide users with countless benefits. It has organic appetite suppressants that hold back food cravings and excellent antioxidants that help augment body metabolism and eliminate cancer-causing free radicals. Moreover, Acai berries are also vital in digestion and overall health due to its high fiber content.
The Internet is the best place to buy Acai pills and supplements, since they get their stocks more easily than local product stores. Even if not all of natural Acai’s nutrients are packed into pills, you can be sure that the most important ones are still in there. If you’re not interested in pills, there are also juices and powders available — though these may not be as effective as Acai in capsule form.
It’s best to find web sites that have received great feedback from satisfied customers before making a purchase. These sites often give free trials to a few lucky visitors, too.

The acai retains all its natural properties even when preserved. So taking a regular intake of acai supplements not only ensures healthy development of the unborn child but also speedy recovery, with no lasting signs of pregnancy, in the mother. The rich antioxidant content in acai berries is known to increase the placental efficiency and reduce pregnancy related stress.
In addition the acai supplement is also beneficial as it eases cramps, swelling and other complexities related to child birth. The acai berry extract is known to increase and improve blood circulation which helps the fetus to get vital nutrients from the mother. The continuous usage of the acai supplement also aids the recovery of the mother after birth.
The berries are not known to have any side effects besides causing an allergy which could give rise to skin irritation or rash. But even this is limited to certain people who suffer from allergies from other berries. Else the acai berries are safe to use even in pregnancy. But one thing must be remembered and that is to get 100% pure acai extract.
The supplements are made of various ingredients besides acai juice. So to ensure the unborn child’s safety, caution must be exercised and the gynecologist must be consulted before including them in the diet.
