The best vitamin supplement for men?

I am 37M, in good health, workout often, eat right 75% of the time and dont take any vitamins. I took Mona Vie for a few weeks and liked it but, it is very expensive. I havent taken much else within the past few years. I want something that is obviously good for my body, maybe helps with alertness and a healthy energy lift. Any suggestions?
