It's a juice with the main ingredient being the acia (?) berry which has the most antioxidants of just about anything on the planet. Its sold like Amway through reps who are in a multi-level marketing program. I think it's way over priced and would only consider it if I was in poor health and was desperate to try some natural things.....there are more and more items for sale now with acia berries in it....so you can get it without paying so much.
